Opened Products

An opened pouch can qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee. We may ask you to return the pouch or provide photographs before approving the refund.

Return Delivery

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return-delivery costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photographs. If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution and the customer will not be responsible for reasonable return-delivery costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after the request and any required return have been reviewed. The method and timing of repayment will be confirmed with the customer. Original delivery charges, if any, and customer-paid return-delivery costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue resulted from our error.
